Role description
Job Summary: To lead the digital transformation and growth of our parts and service business. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that enhances customer experience, drives online sales, and integrates seamlessly with our broader aftermarket operations. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy for vehicle sales, parts, and services. Align digital initiatives with overall business goals and dealership operations. Platform Management Oversee the performance and optimization of e-commerce platforms (e.g., dealer websites, third-party marketplaces). Ensure seamless integration with CRM, inventory, and payment systems. Oversee the development, optimization, and maintenance of the e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud). Marketing & Conversion Collaborate with marketing teams to drive traffic through SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media. Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to increase conversion rates. Analytics & Reporting Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion, cart abandonment, and customer retention. Use data to identify trends, improve UX/UI, and inform strategic decisions. Team & Vendor Management Lead cross-functional teams including digital marketing, IT, and customer service. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners. Customer Experience Ensure a frictionless online shopping experience from browsing to checkout. Implement personalization strategies and post-sale engagement tools. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 10+ years of experience in e-commerce/websites, with at least 3+ years in the automotive sector Strong understanding of automotive retail operations and digital transformation Proficiency in platforms like Shopify, Magento, or proprietary dealer systems Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and A/B testing Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills Preferred Experience: Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and inventory feeds Experience with omni-channel retail strategies and mobile-first design Knowledge of compliance and data privacy regulations in automotive e-commerce MBA Our benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
