Junior Trading Manager | Fashion Brand London – 3x per week in office £35-40k I’m looking for a Junior Trading Manager to join a well loved fashion brand who are growing fast and trading above industry benchmarks. This is a great step-up role where you’ll get exposure to all areas of ecommerce trading - from reporting and content planning through to promotions, CRO, SEO and site optimisation. What you’ll be doing: • Helping drive daily and weekly trade of the site • Supporting product launches and promotions • Owning parts of the content plan and optimising on-site experience • Digging into data and competitor trends to spot opportunities • Getting involved in CRO, SEO and testing projects What we’re looking for: • Around 3+ years’ ecommerce experience in trading/merchandising/onsite optimisation - someone who has had ownership and led key projects. • Must have experience within fashion/retail/beauty - fast paced, dynamic brands. • Comfortable using trading/analytics tools and making data-led decisions • Proactive, detail-focused and collaborative team player • Salesforce and Content Square experience would be a bonus. • Experience with re-platforming would be fantastic.
