Role description
Our CPG client is seeking a temporary Junior Graphic Designer to join their team for multiple months. This is a hybrid onsite role where this designer will work onsite Monday - Thursday with WFH flexibility on Friday. All candidates must be local to St. Louis, MO area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing product packaging, Amazon eCommerce assets, social assets, and skilled with illustration/pattern development. Key Responsibilities • Develop and design content for marketing campaigns, eCommerce platforms, print, and more. • Collaborate with the marketing team to follow established brand guidelines. • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality designs. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • Develop product sketches for manufacturer in China. • Create illustrated patterns for product use. • Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to inspire and enhance design projects. Qualifications • 1+ years of experience, ideally with a CPG brand developing packaging and digital assets. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. • Strong understanding of branding principles and print design techniques. • Demonstrated ability in visual communication and color theory. • Experience in digital illustration. • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and skills. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
