Location: Remote (U.S. required) Type: Full-time
Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 base + performance incentives

Role Overview
We’re hiring a Media Buyer to lead Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok campaigns for top-performing DTC brands. You’ll be responsible for owning full-funnel acquisition strategy—from campaign architecture and budget allocation to performance analysis and creative collaboration with our in-house creative team.
This role is for a pro who has managed over $5M+ in Meta spend within the eCommerce industry, understands how to scale accounts and is not afraid to spend when KPI’s are met.
Must have a high level understanding of CRO, CVR%, LTV, can work seamlessly with our creative team and has a deep understanding of eCommerce.
Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns for multiple eCom clients
• Own daily performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV, MER, LTV)
• Collaborate with creative teams on testing and iteration
• Consult on client CRO insights to drive conversion rate
• Forecast spend and scale strategies based on client growth goals
• Stay current on Meta and TikTok platform updates, attribution changes, and trends
• Report results and learnings to both internal teams and clients
• Lead and report on weekly calls with clients
• Google proficiency a huge plus (Not Required)
Requirements
• Based in the U.S. (Required)
• $5M+ in managed Meta ad spend (Required)
• Deep eCommerce experience (DTC Required)
• Strong understanding of creative strategy, A/B testing, and CRO principles
• Comfortable owning performance for $100k–$5M+/month ad accounts
• Proficiency in Ads Manager and reporting tools (Motion, TripleWhale, Northbeam etc.)
• Clear communicator with a strong POV on media and growth
• Proficient with analytics software and spreadsheets
Compensation
• Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000 (Based on Experience)
• Performance Bonuses: Based on client ROAS, revenue growth, and retention
