Cernucci is the leading urban jewellery brand in Europe, with a rapidly growing clothing range. We’re expanding our team and looking for a new Junior Merchandiser to join us at our Manchester head office.
Role description
As a Junior Merchandiser at Cernucci, you’ll be commercially sharp and product focused, ensuring we have the right pieces to meet customer demand, whilst keeping on point with the products we offer.
Duties include:
• Replenishing stock and maximising sales
• Managing promotions at product level and managing margin target
• Intake cover and critical path management
• Supporting the team by providing ad-hoc, weekly, and monthly detailed sales and stock reporting analysis
• Weekly trade reports and presenting department performance in the buying and merch trade meetings
• Working closely with Buying to develop in season strategy, framework plans, in season reviewing and communicating performance of area – taking appropriate action to maximise profits
• Developing and managing the Merch Admin Assistant
About you
You’ll be an amazing team-player who delights in exceeding expectations and have:
• 3+ years’ experience of working in Merchandising
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in a trading department to maximise sales
• Strong analytical skills with the confidence of extracting insights from data
• The ability to problem solve under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
• Great decision making and time management skills, being able to prioritise your workload
• Excellent attention to detail when managing booking dates and ensuring that intake and category targets are adhered to
• Good commercial knowledge
