Together, we’re launching a dynamic new creative hub at the iconic Big Sky Studios – a purpose-built space to spark imagination, foster creativity and deliver excellence. This is more than a job; it’s a rare opportunity to help shape the visual identity of one of Britain’s best loved brands.
About the Project:
Production Factory, in collaboration with Big Sky Studios, is seeking a team of experienced ‘Junior Retouchers’ to support the delivery of high-quality fashion stills content for an established UK brand. This role is integral to the post-production team, ensuring final imagery meets the highest creative and technical standards for digital and e-commerce platforms.
Summary of role:
As a Retoucher, you’ll work closely with the Head of Post Production and wider creative team to deliver polished, on-brand imagery. You’ll be responsible for colour correction, image clean-up, masking, and compositing, while ensuring consistent output across seasonal collections. This is a fast-paced, high-volume studio environment requiring strong attention to detail, excellent workflow management, and a team-first mindset. This is a full-time, Junior role based on-site at Big Sky Studios in London.
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Retouch high volumes of fashion stills content for digital and e-commerce use, ensuring assets are delivered on time and to brief.
• Carry out detailed image work including colour correction, masking, clean-up and basic compositing.
• Follow established retouching guidelines to maintain a consistent visual standard across all outputs.
• Perform rigorous quality control, checking all final imagery meets technical and creative requirements.
• Organise and manage image assets efficiently, supporting the team in smooth file delivery and handover.
• Collaborate with art direction, production, and styling teams to ensure visuals are aligned and delivered in line with creative vision.
• Keep up-to-date with software and retouching best practices to contribute to team performance and innovation.
• Support the Head of Post Production with image upload and delivery tasks as required.
You are:
• A highly skilled fashion retoucher with demonstrable experience working on e-commerce and digital imagery.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, with strong understanding of colour correction, clean-up, and technical specs for digital output.
• Detail-obsessed and quality-driven, with a keen eye for consistency and image polish.
• Familiar with fast-paced studio environments and able to manage multiple deadlines with ease.
• Collaborative and communicative, working well within cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable and responsive to feedback, while maintaining efficiency and creative integrity.
• Experienced in working to brand guidelines and delivering content that reflects an established brand identity.
• Available full-time on-site at Big Sky Studios in London.
Please note:
This is a full-time, office-based role, working 5 days a week at Big Sky Studios — our brand-new, state-of-the-art content studio in the heart of London.
