Role description
Key Responsibilities:
1.Digital Shelf Dominance·Own end-to-end product content on Lowe's/THD websites·Optimize titles, images (6+ HD photos), videos, and A+ content to meet retailer scorecards
·Ensure SEO-friendly descriptions with keywords
2.Retail Media & Promotions·Plan and execute paid campaigns via:·Lowe’s Media Network (display ads, sponsored products).
·THD Retail Media (targeting Pro customers or DIY segments).·Coordinate weekly promotions with KA Manager.
3.Defensive Operations·Monitor and respond to negative reviews within 24hrs (escalate installation issues to QA team).
·Enforce MAP pricing compliance across all retailer sites.
4.Data & Inventory Sync·Track daily POS data to flag low-converting SKUs
·Work with logistics to prevent "out-of-stock" flags on hot items.
Must-Have Qualifications
1.Retail E-Commerce DNA
·3+ years managing product pages on Lowe's.com or HomeDepot.com
2.Hands-on experience with:
·Retailer portals ·EDI/API integrations for inventory sync.
