What You Will Do • Influencer Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Help develop & execute the overall influencer marketing strategy, aligning with brand objectives and marketing plans. Oversee the execution of both paid and earned influencer strategies, inclusive of paid influencer campaigns, mailers, influencer relationship management, & eventing • Budget Planning & Performance Analysis: Help develop and manage the influencer marketing budget, forecasting spend, executing POs, and analyzing ROI. Provide strategic recommendations based on performance data and market trends. • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influencer Relationship Management: Help lead cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders, including marketing, PR, legal, and e-commerce. Cultivate relationships with top-tier influencers and agencies. • Content Strategy & Innovation: Oversee content strategy for influencer marketing, ensuring brand consistency and innovative content formats. Explore new opportunities within the influencer marketing ecosystem. • Advocacy Program Development & Optimization: Develop and optimize advocacy programs, incorporating data-driven insights and best practices. Oversee the execution and measurement of advocacy initiatives. Required Qualifications What We Are Looking For: • • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in social media or influencer marketing. • Experience developing strategic plans and executing with/leading agency partners. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media management platforms. • No Physical Requirements of the Role Preferred Qualifications • Social Media Marketing or Influencer Marketing certifications. • Excellent communication, project management, strategic thinking and time management skills.
