Position Summary: This role is responsible for helping create and refine the next generation of AT&T’s consumer products. Ideal candidates bring a deep passion for crafting best-in-class digital experiences and possess a strong understanding of the telecom landscape—particularly fiber and wireless offerings. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy & Product Development Join the team building AT&T’s world-class digital platforms across desktop, mobile web, and app. Develop strategies that create seamless customer journeys, leveraging each platform’s unique strengths. Customer-Centric Experience Design Champion user experience across all consumer-facing touchpoints. Drive improvements in site and app design, navigation, content, and personalization to increase conversion and retention. Product Familiarity Develop effective approaches to guide customer value and interaction through interface and messaging strategies aligned with AT&T’s fiber, 5G, and wireless product portfolios. Familiarity with AT&T or competitor offerings is highly valued. App-Focused Innovation The app is a critical platform for this role. Drive growth in app adoption and engagement. Ideal candidates have experience in app design, development, product management, or app-based marketing and understand the factors that drive ongoing usage. Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with design, engineering, product, and analytics teams to deliver results. Lead test-and-learn initiatives and conversion rate optimization experiments. Preferred Skills & Experience: • Experience in telecom or other subscription-based consumer industries • Knowledge of fiber and wireless technology, trends, and customer value drivers • Strong UX and UI sensibility across desktop and mobile platforms • Expertise in app store optimization, deep linking, and push notification strategies Supervisor: No Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience.
