What You'll Do
QXO is seeking a Lead eCommerce Partnership Analyst focusing on QXOβs digital sales & integration partnership programs. This position will report to the Director of eCommerce. The position is fully remote, with the possibility of occasional travel.
Duties And Responsibilities
The Lead eCommerce Partnership Analyst will be a highly visible and critical role supporting business development efforts for QXOβs eCommerce team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing strategic partners, defining objectives and timelines, and supporting a program that drives meaningful customer revenue and retention. Supported by the Director of eCommerce Strategy, this role will engage potential partners, negotiate agreements, and oversee the ongoing success of those relationships. The ideal candidate must be highly analytical, collaborative, and capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy to advance QXOβs eCommerce initiatives.
Responsibilities
β’ Identify new partners by gaining a deep understanding of our ecosystem, attending industry events and soliciting feedback on the digital business tools QXOβs customers use most.
β’ Work with product to ensure integrations are built on schedule and partners have the resources they need to build
β’ Coordinate with our marketing team to develop shared customer launch plans focused on helping customers drive awareness of new partners
β’ Work with our partners and internal sales teams to optimize joint selling to driving revenue through the partner ecosystem
β’ Establish clearly defined goals for each partner relationship, and update and maintain proper reporting metrics
β’ Support annual operating plan process and quarterly digital roadmap development
β’ Perform quarterly partner reviews of established goals
β’ Be flexible and willing to do a variety of tasks while team is growing
What You'll Bring
β’ 4-7 years of SaaS or ecommerce business development experience, with a demonstrable ability to drive revenue and show results
β’ 3+ years in building materials or related industry
β’ Strong relationship management skills, attention to detail, and professionalism
β’ Ability to employ analytics to set shared goals
β’ Advanced experience with excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.)
β’ Advanced experience with PowerPoint
β’ Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
β’ Up to 50% travel may be required (Industry or partner events)
β’ Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, marketing, or related fields
