Role description
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Product Ownership
β’ Collaborate and document the product vision and roadmap for enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, B2B, Ecommerce, Sales and Supply Chain Operations (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, BlueYonder).
β’ Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and agile development teams in partnership with the PMO.
β’ Translate and prioritize business needs, features, requirements into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Backlog Management
β’ Prioritize and maintain the product backlogs based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
β’ Lead grooming, prioritization and requirements gathering with non-technical business leaders and super users globally
β’ Lead grooming and sprint planning sessions with global scrum teams.
β’ Ensure features are delivered with quality, on time, and aligned with business goals through hyper care.
Stakeholder Collaboration
β’ Facilitate requirements grooming sessions and user interviews.
β’ Work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, PMO, Ecommerce and IT leadership to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
β’ Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to executive IT management, sponsors and stakeholders.
Delivery Oversight
β’ Support QA and UAT testing efforts by clarifying requirements and validating outcomes.
β’ Ensure change management and training plans are integrated into release cycles.
β’ Analyze post-deployment performance and incorporate learnings into future iterations to further advance our agile ceremonies execution as well as agile maturity.

Job Description for Master Data Analyst
β’ Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies (Scrum certification a plus) and implementing as well as maturing Agile Transformation across a global company.
β’ Strong familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile project tools.
β’ Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
β’ Ability to translate complex business processes into functional technical solutions.
β’ Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or Masterβs a plus.
β’ 10+ years of experience in IT Enterprise Systems product ownership, business analysis, or enterprise systems management.
β’ Experience with CPG or manufacturing companies preferred.
β’ Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms like NetSuite, Salesforce, BlueYonder, Celigo or similar.
Work Environment: The work environment is indoors in a professional office environment. The floor
surfaces are carpeted in office areas and conference rooms with vinyl floor covering typical in hallways,
break rooms and computer rooms. Occasionally, they may work in a warehouse environment, as part of a
project, and/or in the field with outside sales.
Work Hours: The work schedule is 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Initial start time may vary, with
work hours typically from 8am-5pm. Work hours and shifts are subject to change depending on operating
business conditions and needs. The position resides in Orange County but is hybrid with 2 days being
remote work.
Physical and Mental Demands: Sedentary, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, or negligible
amounts of force frequently, to move objects. This job also requires constant sitting. Constant use of the
upper extremities is required to reach, handle, and position tools and equipment. The employee must
know and follow proper safety protocols and maintain a professional and polished appearance. They
must be able to efficiently use Microsoft Office Programs and Project Management systems to retrieve
information, generate documents, organize project plans/schedules and coordinate meetings. The
employee must also be able to maintain and preserve confidentiality of company information, exhibit
strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, including
international affiliates.
