WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Konsort Social turns TikTok Shop into seven-figure sales channels for brands like Bodywise ($0 → $2M in 150 days) and BoomBoom (largest brand on the platform). As a Lead Strategist, you act as a “mini-CEO” for 6–8 DTC storefronts—owning P&L, building a team, and sharing directly in the upside.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
• Hit ≥ $100K monthly TikTok Shop revenue for each assigned brand in your first 6 months
• Maintain contribution margin targets while scaling ad & creator budgets 30%+
• Build repeatable operating playbooks adopted by 100% of your squad
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Set full-funnel strategy—product slate, promo calendar, creative angles, paid/organic mix
• Lead a cross-functional squad (media buyer, analyst, creator manager) to execute your plan
• Own creator acquisition, briefing and optimisation; double down on winners, fix under-performers
• Review dashboards daily, make fast data-driven pivots, and report concise insights to founders
• Hold weekly revenue calls with clients; identify new growth levers and approve reinvestment budgets
• Document everything you learn into SOPs for the wider Strategist guild
MUST-HAVES
• 3+ yrs e-commerce or performance-marketing success with clear revenue impact
• Fluent in ROAS, CPA, CVR, LTV, contribution margin—and how to improve them
• Proven experience leading people or suppliers toward a common revenue goal
• Strong written English; can distil complex ideas into an actionable one-pager
• Self-managed remote work style with reliable UK-hour overlap

COMPENSATION
• Base retainer: $750 per client account / month (typical portfolio = 8 brands ⇒ $6,000 per month, $72,000 per year)
• Performance bonus: share of client profit margins—typically $20,000 – $50,000 per year
• On-target earnings (OTE): $92,000 – $122,000 per year, uncapped (top performers > $150K)
• Paid monthly, fully remote contract
• Quarterly off-sites, monthly L&D budget, path to Group Strategist / Division Lead
