Role description
Summary • We are seeking an enthusiastic, diligent e-Commerce Specialist to join our Legato Golf team. This role involves managing Amazon listings, monitoring inventory across sales channels, contributing to product development, and leading brand sales efforts. This position will also support marketing initiatives—such as influencer partnerships and golf event participation—to boost brand awareness and position Legato as a trusted name in golf. The ideal candidate is familiar with market trends, customer needs, and competitor products, and is eager to learn and grow. Job Duties • Manage Amazon and website listings for Legato Golf, Spigen Golf, and MAG-iT, ensuring content accuracy, SEO optimization, and pricing competitiveness • Lead business and category-level planning for Legato, managing sales KPIs, new product planning, and short- and long-term project execution • Plan and execute digital marketing and promotional campaigns across Amazon, Shopify, and social media, including ambassador and offline golf events • Plan new SKUs for Legato Golf and Spigen Golf based on market and brand needs • Monitor inventory, forecast demand, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order, production, and fulfillment processes • Analyze ad performance (Amazon, Google) and market trends to optimize campaigns and inform sales and product strategies • Conduct market and competitor research in the golf and accessory categories to guide product and marketing strategy • Collaborate cross-functionally to align goals, resolve issues, and support interdepartmental initiatives • Drive influencer marketing, content planning, and event partnerships to grow brand awareness • Manage the DRYVE membership program, including ambassador engagement and youth-targeted recruitment campaigns Skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Efficient in managing time and priorities • Quick to learn and apply new strategies • Skilled in building strong working relationships • Adept at identifying and solving problems • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and digital ad platforms (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads) preferred Requirements • Background in golf (6+ years), including familiarity with equipment, terminology, and player needs • 3 - 5 years of experience in a related field preferred • Bachelor's degree is required • Korean/English bilingual proficiency with intermediate speaking, writing and advanced understanding skills • U.S. work authorization required • New employees to Spigen Inc, will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
