Lifecycle Marketing & CRM Specialist (Remote | 6-Month Contract)
Alliances Management is partnering with a leading health & wellness digital innovator to find a Lifecycle Marketing & CRM Specialist with hands-on expertise in executing personalized, data-driven lifecycle campaigns.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage the full email campaign lifecycle from start to finish. You’ll execute high-performing campaigns reaching millions of health & wellness enthusiasts.
📍 Location: Remote, U.S.
🕒 Duration: 6 months (October – April; potential for earlier start)
💼 Contract Type: Temporary
💲 Hourly Rate: $40–$50 (W2)
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns with precision and timeliness.
• Collaborate with copywriters and creative teams to ensure assets align with campaign objectives.
• Segment audiences using defined logic, partnering with cross-functional teams as needed.
• Set up and QA emails using the Dyspatch email template tool; conduct proofing and testing.
• Schedule deployments, monitor performance, and ensure deliverability.
• Produce post-send reports and highlight insights for future optimization.
• Maintain flawless QA and uphold brand standards across all touchpoints.
• Partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing Managers to prioritize campaigns and meet timelines.
Qualifications
• 2+ years executing email marketing campaigns in an eCommerce environment.
• Familiarity with CRM and segmentation tools (Braze experience preferred).
• Understanding of campaign segmentation, analytics, and optimization best practices.
• Experience with dynamic email tools like Dyspatch (a plus).
• Exceptional QA skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and adaptability in an entrepreneurial environment.
