Role Overview
We’re seeking a highly adaptable and tech-savvy TikTok Shop Live Coordinator to support our growing roster of creators. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves working with creators, and is excited about the future of livestream selling. You’ll be responsible for developing product strategies, coordinating live schedules, assisting creators during their streams, and analyzing post-live data to optimize future sessions.
This position is a mix of on-site and remote work. When lives are happening at the live house, you’ll be on-site ensuring smooth execution. For remote creators, you’ll assist in scheduling, moderating, and providing support as needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop product and promotional strategies to maximize livestream performance.
• Coordinate with creators to schedule, plan, and optimize their TikTok Shop Lives.
• Provide real-time support during livestreams, including pinning products and moderating chats.
• Analyze post-live data (views, GMV, conversion rates) to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Host training sessions to educate and support creators on best practices.
• Stay updated on TikTok Shop trends and livestream strategies to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
• 1+ year experience with livestreaming platforms (TikTok Live/Shop, Instagram Live, Whatnot, Amazon Live, etc.).
• Strong communication skills—comfortable working with creators and guiding them through best practices.
• Excellent time management and ability to coordinate multiple live events at once.
• Flexible schedule—able to support creators during peak live hours.
• Not shy—comfortable hosting training sessions and answering creator questions.
• Passionate about the future of live shopping and e-commerce.
• Tech-savvy and able to troubleshoot common livestream issues.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop is preferred but not required.
