Role description
Summary Ready to join a fun fashion accessories brand with consistent growth and innovation? Our long-time brand partner based in NYC is looking for a charismatic, camera-ready Livestream Creator & Producer to take ownership of our livestream strategy, production, and performance—primarily on TikTok Live, with potential expansion to YouTube and Instagram. This hybrid role blends on-camera hosting with behind-the-scenes production, requiring both creative flair and operational precision.  You’ll drive the end-to-end process: developing livestream content tied to product launches and campaigns, managing technical setup, hosting the sessions, and optimizing performance post-stream. Responsibilities • Own the livestream content calendar and cadence on TikTok (and potentially YouTube, IG). • Develop livestream concepts that are aligned with product launches and seasonal campaigns • Identify trends, hooks, and creator formats to maximize engagement and ROI for Lives • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on scripting, format structure, and visual production • Lead all pre-production: outline run-of-show, secure props/samples, coordinate guests (creators or internal stakeholders) • Manage live setup (lighting, sound, camera, Wi-Fi, moderation tools) • Direct technical and creative setup day-of-show; troubleshoot and iterate based on learnings. • Serve as the on-screen talent for each livestream, driving high-energy, personable comms • Maintain real-time engagement with the audience (respond to chat, promote product features, highlight incentives). • Speak confidently about product benefits, FAQs, and offers — acting as a “shoppertainer.” • Measure performance of each livestream: viewers, likes, comments, CTR, CVR, sales. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve watch time, engagement, and conversions. • Leverage TikTok Shop Seller Center to track performance (training will be provided). • Provide feedback to creative and analytics teams on trends, audience behavior, and content formats. Qualifications • 2–4 years in content creation, live production, digital marketing, or ecommerce livestreaming (TikTok, Amazon Live, etc.). • Comfortable and experienced on-camera — whether as a creator, host, or brand ambassador. • Deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, culture, and commerce ecosystem. • Strong project management skills: ability to plan, organize, and execute with tight timelines. • Charisma, confidence, and a good sense of humor are a must. • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and collaborate with internal teams Bonus Skills • Background in performance marketing or affiliate marketing • Experience with TikTok Shop’s backend • Previous retail, sales, or QVC-style product demo experience Perks • Be a key player in a quickly growing brand! • Competitive Salary • Annual Performance Bonuses • PTO Days + Specified Holidays Off • Strong career growth opportunity
