eComBrands is a leading M&A brokerage firm that helps eCommerce founders exit their businesses for $500K–$100M in 90-180 days. We handle everything from valuation and listing to buyer negotiations and closing.
We are looking for a high-performing M&A Broker to take warm inbound leads, guide them through the sales and acquisition process, and close deals. You’ll be the end-to-end dealmaker—from the first discovery call to the final acquisition.
The earning potential is $250,000 USD to $500,000 USD Plus. with uncapped earning potential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Taking Inbound Leads & Running Discovery Calls – All leads are pre-booked through Google Meet or opt-ins. You’ll conduct 15-minute discovery calls to qualify the seller, assess their goals, and determine fit.
• Managing NDA & KYC Verification – Ensure all sellers sign an NDA and pass our KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance check before moving forward.
• BAMFAM (Book a Meeting From a Meeting) Strategy – Lock in the next steps with owners to keep momentum going and move deals through the pipeline.
• Reviewing the Data Room – Analyze the seller’s financials, P&L statements, supplier agreements, and business metrics to assess deal potential.
• Submitting LOIs (Letters of Intent) – If a deal looks promising, you’ll submit an LOI to the seller with a structured acquisition offer.
• Managing Due Diligence (DD) Process – Once the LOI is accepted, you have 30 days to complete due diligence, ensuring all documents, contracts, and financials are verified.
• Closing the Deal & Securing Payment – Finalize the legal agreements, oversee the asset transfer, and ensure the commission is wired upon closing.
• Coordinating with Buyers & Sellers – Act as the main point of contact between the business seller and potential acquirers throughout the process.
• Negotiating Terms & Structuring Deals – Work closely with sellers and buyers to secure the best possible deal structure.

• Proven Experience in Sales, M&A, or Business Brokerage – You have experience in high-ticket sales, business transactions, or investment banking.
• Strong Negotiation & Closing Skills – You know how to structure, present, and close complex deals.
• Understanding of Business Financials – You can analyze P&Ls, tax documents, and growth potential to assess a deal’s viability.
• Ability to Work a Full Sales Cycle – You’re comfortable taking a lead from first contact to final acquisition.
• Excellent Communication & Relationship-Building – You can build trust with business owners, buyers, and investors.
• Highly Organized & Process-Driven – You can manage multiple deals at once and track progress efficiently.
