Job Description: As a Magento Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Magento-based e-commerce websites. You will collaborate with our design, marketing, and product teams to deliver exceptional online shopping experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities: • Magento Development: Develop, customize, and maintain Magento-based e-commerce websites and modules. • Code Quality: Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following Magento and industry best practices. • Performance Optimization: Optimize website performance to ensure fast load times and smooth user experiences. • Integration: Integrate third-party systems, plugins, and APIs with Magento. • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs promptly. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and product managers, to implement new features and improvements. • Security: Ensure the security of the e-commerce platform by implementing best practices and staying updated on the latest security threats. • Testing: Conduct thorough testing of all code changes and features to ensure functionality and reliability. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all code, configurations, and processes. • Training: Provide training and support to internal teams on Magento usage and best practices. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Magento development. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. • Experience with Magento 2.x and its architecture. • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. • Understanding of SEO best practices and their application in e-commerce.
