Role description
About Us
Lyre’s is the world’s most awarded non-alcoholic spirits brand, and we’re changing the way the world drinks. Operating at the forefront of a booming global category, we blend startup agility with international scale. Our finance team plays a pivotal role in keeping the business sharp, agile, and ready for what’s next.
We’re now looking for a Management Accountant to support our operations —someone who’s hands-on, highly analytical, and thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
About The Role
This is a broad, high-impact role covering all aspects of accounting and financial control within the Group. You’ll be responsible for month-end close, inventory management, e-commerce accounting whilst also supporting cross-functional teams with analysis and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Include
• Managing inventory accounting, reconciliations, and source data
• Preparing monthly management accounts, including full balance sheet and P&L analysis
• Handling e-commerce accounting and reconciliations across multiple entities
• Collaborating with sales and supply chain teams to ensure accurate revenue and inventory accounting
• Supporting ad hoc financial reporting, analysis, and system improvement projects
About You
You’re a qualified, part-qualified, or finalist accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with a strong grounding in inventory accounting and financial control. You thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy variety in your day, and know how to shift gears between detail and big-picture thinking.
You’ll Also Bring
• Strong Excel skills (Power BI and Xero experience a bonus)
• High attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume transaction environment
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across departments
• Ability to work flexibly across varying time zones with remote teams and stakeholders
• Experience in the consumer goods or e-commerce sector preferred
About The Perks
This is more than a finance role – it’s a chance to shape the future of a globally recognised brand. You’ll join a supportive, remote-first team with flexibility built in, and enjoy competitive compensation, opportunities for growth, and exposure across international markets.
