We’re looking to hire a Manager, Affiliate Marketing for our client, an American pharmaceutical and skincare company. In this exciting role, you’ll build and lead a performance-based Affiliate Marketing Program for high-quality skincare products recommended by dermatologists and plastic surgeons. You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, E-commerce, and PR teams to scale quickly and deliver measurable results, creating and shaping the program from the ground up. • This is a remote, 12-month+ contract opportunity for candidates located in California or New York. • Hourly Rate: $60hr. Responsibilities: • Manage the client’s affiliate channel, including program activation and publisher development across paid, owned, and earned strategies. • Act as the main contact for agency, network, and publisher relationships, including invoicing and payment, fraud cross-checks, and application management. • Identify and negotiate affiliate partnerships, monitor KPIs, and optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI. • Create opportunity briefs, performance readouts, and insights aligned with strategy. • Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, E-Comm, Marketing Analytics, MarTech, and PR) to enhance the impact of the affiliate program. Qualifications: • Experience managing and executing a performance-based affiliate marketing program across content publishers, traditional affiliate publishers, and influencer/partnership programs. • Experience building a program from scratch; experience in the e-commerce beauty/skincare industry (preferred). • Proficiency in affiliate networks (e.g., Rakuten, ShareASale, Impact, CJ, Pepperjam, etc.). • Extensive knowledge of analytics/reporting tools and methodologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.). • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing; strong understanding of performance marketing, online customer acquisition journeys, and conversion funnels. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a closely related field. • Experience with influencer marketing and TikTok Shop and IG Shop, including identifying, negotiating, and collaborating with influencers (preferred).
