About your Role The Manager of eCommerce Sales at Goldie Locks® is responsible for delivering a seamless, luxurious digital experience that reflects the artistry, science, and soul of our brand. We own the full online journey from discovery to checkout combining storytelling, design, and data to drive conversion and deepen customer loyalty. As Manager of eCommerce Sales, you will lead the strategy and execution of our direct-to-consumer channels (Goldielocks.com, Amazon, and key e-retail partners). You’ll shape how customers engage with our brand online, ensuring every interaction embodies our luxury positioning and strengthens our community of professionals and consumers. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll analyze performance, optimize funnels, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Creative to bring campaigns, launches, and promotions to life. Your work will directly impact revenue, customer satisfaction, and the future of our digital presence. Your Day-to-Day eCommerce Strategy & Execution • You will own and execute the comprehensive eCommerce strategies that achieve our ambitious sales goals across our DTC flagship, Amazon, and key marketplace partners. • Translate the commercial plan into digital strategies that drive traffic, conversion, and sales growth. • Partner cross-functionally to launch new products, campaigns, and promotions with flawless execution. Customer Journey & Optimization • Continuously improve site performance, navigation, and merchandising to create a premium shopping experience. • Develop and implement testing plans (CRO, personalization, loyalty) to optimize conversion and retention. • Champion the customer by identifying friction points and delivering solutions that enhance engagement. Data & Insights • Track and provide weekly and monthly sales reporting with defined KPIs • Lead optimization of PDP, cart and checkout experiences to develop and execute testing plans to improve conversion. • Use customer feedback, surveys, and analytics tools to guide improvements and inform decision-making. • Track the ROI of digital investments with clear reporting on customer growth, engagement and ecommerce performance. • Deliver regular performance recaps and insights to stakeholders, with actionable recommendations. Collaboration & Leadership • Work closely with Web Dev, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to align initiatives. • Manage agency and vendor relationships (platform, CRO partners, digital tools). • Ensure inventory, promotions, and campaigns are aligned with both revenue goals and customer needs. This Role Is for You If… • You have 5–7 years of experience in eCommerce sales or digital marketing, with a deep appreciation for the beauty, wellness, or luxury consumer goods space. • You find the story in the numbers. You are fluent in the language of analytics (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics) and excel at translating data into actionable, strategic insights. • You possess an initiative owner’s mindset. In a lean and collaborative team, you are comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving problems creatively, and taking profound ownership of your results. • You have a deep intuition for the digital shelf, understanding the nuances of conversion optimization, marketplace dynamics, and what truly moves a discerning customer to purchase. • You thrive on connection.
