Fandango is seeking a proactive, business-minded Manager, Gift Card Programs & Strategy to oversee the relationships, program development, strategic planning, and end-to-end management of gift card initiatives across multiple sales channels for the portfolio of gift card products the team supports (Fandango, Fandango at Home, GolfNow, etc.). This role blends operational ownership, partner engagement, and cross-functional collaboration—including print production oversight and website management across multiple brands—to support and grow a high-impact business line.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Business & Financial Analysis:
• Analyze sales trends, promotional performance, and program viability using Excel (pivot tables, charts, etc.).
• Provide business recommendations to optimize partner programs and drive sales.
• Coordinate with the Versant/NBC Sports Next & Fandango Finance teams on key needs to ensure budgets and costs are being tracked toward revenue goals.
Program Leadership & Management
• End-to-end management of gift card programs and seasonal campaigns across all channels—retail, digital, and B2B, including working with the Operations Manager on ensuring all program deliverables are met.
• Use applications such as Asana, Salesforce, and Jira to drive project timelines, task tracking, and cross-team coordination.
Partner & Vendor Relations
• Represent the gift card business as the daily business contact for external vendors, retailers, clients, and fulfillment partners.
• Build strong working relationships, lead program discussions, and resolve issues proactively.
• Identify and recommend new ways to streamline processes or improve program performance.
Ownership & Initiative
• Demonstrate complete ownership of assigned projects from ideation through delivery and optimization, including managing the teams responsible for operational / executional support.
• Proactively suggest process improvements and campaign enhancements.
• Drive execution independently while keeping stakeholders informed.
Print Production Oversight
• Lead print production processes for gift cards and in-store displays across retail and partner channels.
• Coordinate with creative, marketing, and external vendors to ensure timely production and high-quality execution.
• Manage timelines, specs, approvals, and delivery of printed materials from concept through final distribution.
Website & Channel Management
• Oversee gift card content, merchandising, and promotions across websites representing multiple Fandango brands.
• Ensure content accuracy, promotional alignment, and brand consistency across all digital properties and partner platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with internal stakeholders—creative, product, finance, legal, and marketing—to align on deliverables and priorities.
• Translate performance insights and partner feedback into clear business recommendations.
• Communicate effectively across leadership levels and team functions.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in entertainment or brand partner marketing, e-commerce, gift cards, print production, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of print production processes and vendor coordination.
• Experience managing website content and promotions across multiple brands or platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, and Jira preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and follow-through.
