Our team designs, develops, and scales the enterprise high-impact, customer-centric and personalized digital experiences so marketers can continue to build and deliver seamless customer experience across digital engagement channels. The Manager, Web and Marketing Technology will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our marketing platforms. This role is responsible for managing our web infrastructure and marketing technology stack to enable world-class digital experiences and data-driven marketing. The ideal candidate has a strong blend of technical depth, marketing acumen, and leadership skills to drive innovation, efficiency, and performance across digital channels. The position requires working with in- and outsourced talents, managing cross-functional teams to achieve timely delivery of business-critical projects and enhancements. • Administration and ownership of Marketing platforms • Stakeholders and vendors relationship management • Project budget and resource management • Strategy and Coordination between third parties and internal teams • Documentation, time management, and reporting • Lead, mentor, and develop direct report(s) • Troubleshoot and resolve issues/risks within assigned projects/platforms Scope • Reports to Director, Digital Marketing and Technology, Panasonic Marketing Qualifications What You'll Bring: • 7+ years of experience in Web Technology, MarTech, or digital marketing roles. • 2+ years of experience in a management or lead capacity. • Strong acumen of CMS platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Drupal), CRM/Marketing Automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot), and analytics tools (GA4, GTM). • Experience working in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or a tech-driven marketing environment • Excellent written, communication, and facilitation skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into documented technical solutions • Strong project and people management skills with experience of managing budgets and project plans/delivery roadmaps • Familiarity with privacy regulations and marketing compliance standards Web Management & Development • Lead strategy, development, and continuous optimization of company websites (e.g., CMS, SEO, performance, UX/UI). • Oversee site architecture, integrations, and deployment processes. • Ensure websites are scalable, secure, responsive, and aligned with branding and marketing goals. • Manage relationships with developers, designers, and third-party agencies. Marketing Technology Oversight • Own and manage the full marketing technology stack from CMS (and its ancillary products), CRM and MAP. • Support MarTech evaluations, procurement, implementations, and vendor relationships. • Ensure seamless integration between marketing systems and other business platforms (Salesforce CRM/MAP, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.). • Partner with IT, security, and data teams to ensure governance, privacy, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). • Management of one employee (Software Developer) • Day-to-day admin for web technology tools including Hubspot CMS, Form Assembly, OneTrust and Algolia Strategic Initiatives • Contribute to digital roadmap development and marketing automation strategies. • Champion the use of modern tools and platforms to improve customer acquisition, lead generation, brand awareness and digital engagement. • Stay informed on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Other Requirements • This role is primarily remote. The wage range of $115,000 - $125,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
