About The Role
The Ecommerce Merchandise Manager will oversee the site shopping experience within the Cookware, Home Essentials and Garden departments. This role will strategize and execute the ecommerce merchandise strategy across seasonal product launches, site navigation and site content. This role will oversee the development and training of direct report. This role is highly collaborative working across teams to deliver on strategies and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
โข Drive growth and innovation across the shopping journey and meet or exceed annual revenue and KPI goals across owned departments.
โข Maintain a best-in-class, inspiring, friction-free and product-accurate website experience for our Cookware, Home Essentials and Garden departments.
โข Review and execute eCommerce merchandising goals and strategies to drive sales, conversion and site KPIs.
โข Review dashboards and maintain sharing out weekly reporting covering site KPIs and trends across owned departments. Further analyze data and provide actionable insights to delivering growth.
โข Execute product launches, promotions and markdowns across product pages and shop paths.
โข Partner closely with cross functional teams; effectively communicating site updates, ensuring tasks are prioritized and executed accurately to deliver on business needs.
โข Perform and maintain competitive website analysis, keep abreast of market trends and eCommerce consumer trends, customer service issues, and eCommerce technology and dynamics.
โข Train, develop and support the growth of a direct report.
Criteria
โข This role requires being onsite in office Monday through Thursday and Friday as optional in the office
โข Previous eCommerce retail merchandising experience preferred (4-6 years)
โข Able to make timely decisions, anticipate problems and provide creative solutions
โข Well organized, detail oriented
โข Intermediate experience in Excel (working knowledge with pivot tables and vlookups)
โข Experience using Adobe Analytics
โข BA/BS required
