RESPONSIBILITIES: Be the "go to" resource between our locations with leadership and the internal Marketing team reporting directly to the Executive Marketing Director. Lead Marketing analysis and strategic guidance for more multiple rooftop locations with leadership on vendor partner management. Interface with General Managers and other store leadership daily. Become a trusted key member of the Marketing Team, while also being a valuable member of our company. Facilitate the communication and sharing of strategy, timeline, and tools with cross-functional partners (Merch, Sales, Brand Design, Brand Comm, Retail Brand Design, Marketing functions). Be the designate brand advocate consistently collecting, analyzing, and communicating needs, plans, and marketplace realities, ensuring the management teams have everything they need for success. Manage digital assets + work closely with Agency partners overseeing compliance and messaging. Create monthly reports on website and digital marketing performance identifying actionable data for strategy adjustment recommendations. Review and report on reputation sites while working closely with reputation agency. Troubleshoot inventory issues and website errors and provide website tool integration support. Organize marketing vendor billing and new marketing vendor agreements for Marketing Director review. Become dealerships "Go-To" marketing resource through consistent and timely interactions, consistently communicating all strategy performance updates. Manage and organize community partnerships/involvement for each dealership. Qualifications Along with having a passion for performance improvement - you will also bring with you: At least three years of Digital Advertising and Retail Operations experience. Experience in the landscape of: E-commerce websites (Automotive websites is a plus). Google (GA4, GPB, etc.) SEO. Paid Search. Display Advertising. Social Advertising. Excellent critical analysis and organizational skills, including attention to precise details. Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills, along with organization and time management skills. Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive, professional, and enthusiastic "can-do" attitude. Proficiency required using multiple software applications (Excel, Word, Photoshop, Google Docs, Canva) Must be able to work in and with all social media platforms (Meta, IG, etc.) Retail eCommerce and digital lead process improvement experience is a plus, but we are also seeking candidates with some marketing vendor, agency, or OEM experience.
