Exciting Marketing Analyst Role (Segmentation & Coordination)
Remote Roles – Must be currently living in EST or CST or MST time zones in the USA
Contract Duration: 6 Months with possibility for extension /CTH
Pay Rate $70-$75/hr on W2
Duration: 6+ months with possible extension or conversion to CTH
No C2C or H1B or 1099 or TN Visa or F1 (CPT or OPT) at this time.

Required Skills & Experience
6 years of experience in customer segmentation and campaign targeting.
Experience in marketing analytics and customer insights.
Experience in Strategic and Quantitative Marketing from E-Commerce environment (development and deployment)
Experience with data analytics – especially in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas), Power BI and Tableau for data visualization, Python programming.
Experience with Snowflake a plus!
Experience leading segmentation efforts from a technical/programming perspective.
Experience supporting campaign targeting, planning and performance tracking
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (like C4C, Adobe, Marketo or Salesforce).
Experience translating data into actionable insights for marketing/commercial teams and make clear recommendations for marketing teams.
Experience in life sciences, eCommerce, B2B and B2C marketing, B2B and B2C campaign planning
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Life Sciences
Certifications: Marketing Analytics or Data Analytics, Google Analytics, QlikView
What You Will Be Doing
We’re looking for a data-driven Marketing Analyst to support our Laboratory Solutions marketing team. In this role, you’ll help us better understand our customers, build smart audience segments, and improve how we plan and run campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with marketing, eCommerce, and sales teams to turn insights into action and improve marketing performance.
Analyze customer behavior and build data-driven customer segments to improve targeting.
Partner with teams to align segmentation with campaign planning.
Create customer profiles to support personalized messaging and content.
Identify overlaps or gaps in campaign schedules and suggest improvements.
Track and report campaign performance by segment.
Build dashboards and reports to share insights with marketing leaders.
