Job Description:
As a Marketing Analytics Data/Software Engineer at Orbit Metrics, youβll be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing data pipelines and dashboards for our clients. You will leverage BigQuery and Dataform for data analysis and Looker Studio to create meaningful reports. Youβll work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive results.
Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and customize data pipelines, apps, cloud functions, and integrations based on client requirements.
β’ Manage the setup, configuration, and optimization of Google Cloud Projects.
β’ Leverage BigQuery to analyze client data and provide actionable insights.
β’ Create and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio for tracking martech performance metrics.
β’ Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective data solutions.
β’ Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness data applications.
β’ Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes, ensuring a seamless user experience.
β’ Stay updated with BigQuery, Dataform, and Looker Studio trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
β’ Proven experience with Google BigQuery for data analysis.
β’ Proven Experience in Looker Studio for report creation and visualization.
β’ Strong implementation skills with JavaScript, Python, SQL.
β’ Ability to interact directly with clients, gather requirements, and communicate technical as well as business solutions.
β’ Familiarity with APIs and third-party integrations.
β’ Problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
β’ Experience with Marketing Analytics.
β’ Minimum 3+ years working with the technologies listed.
Nice to Have:
β’ Experience with e-commerce SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
β’ Familiarity with Google Analytics and other e-commerce tools.
