About The Role This is your chance to launch your marketing career with a dynamic, growing company that's rapidly expanding our online and offline presence as well as scaling our Ecommerce division. As our Marketing Assistant you will work alongside and learn from our Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of marketing strategies across both digital and offline channels. Key Responsibilities & What You’ll Learn Website & Content Management • Support regular updates to the company websites (WordPress and Shopify), ensuring timely publishing of new products, brand content, and promotions. • Learn to apply SEO best practices and develop your understanding of content management systems. Social Media & Campaigns • Assist with content creation and daily management of our social media channels. • Contribute to campaign planning and execution, aligning content with brand tone and marketing KPIs to engage target audiences. Design & Creative Work • Create visual assets using tools like Canva, aligned with brand guidelines and tailored to various formats (digital and print). • Collaborate with the team to ensure creative output is consistent and client-appropriate. Email Marketing • Build and distribute email campaigns through Klaviyo to our growing customer base. • Learn how to interpret performance data and improve strategy based on key metrics. Market Research & Strategy • Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign strategy and planning. • Help translate research insights into actionable ideas that influence marketing decisions. Project Support & Development • Take part in the full campaign life cycle, from concept through execution, ensuring deadlines and brand standards are met. • Work alongside senior team members in a collaborative environment that encourages growth and continuous learning. • Begin developing key professional skills, such as project management, communication, and client-facing confidence. The Ideal Candidate Will Have • A genuine curiosity about marketing, branding, and how businesses connect with their customers. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • A good level of English and Maths. • Natural attention to detail and strong organisational skills. • Eagerness to learn new platforms, techniques, and approaches – marketing is constantly developing. • A relevant degree or qualification within Marketing or Business is preferred but not required. • No prior work experience is required, but some evidence of marketing interest would be useful.
