Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
• Support the US Marketing team in executing the regional strategy to a high standard across all channels
• Assist in the planning and execution of online advertising campaigns, along with the wider team and agency, including creative asset briefing and disseminating campaign assets to external partners.
• Work collaboratively with the global brand campaigns, media and influencer teams to regionally amplify all global marketing activities via innovative and relevant local partners/strategy.
• Partner with the global social media team to manage and coordinate regional campaigns and collaborations with influencers, including contract development and sign off, product pulls, seeding, and recapping of activity.
• Support the AM Marketing team in developing and delivering plans across online marketing channels such as social media, paid search, brand media, and email & push marketing. (e.g. track local email and push performance and formulate key suggestions for improving, etc.)
• Support promotions on and offsite including brand and closed-door promotions, competitions, partnership offers and subscription drives: analyze results and form recommendations for future initiatives.
• Serve as a main contact with international teams to manage deadlines, traffic creative and ensure consistent cross-market alignment across all initiatives, particularly as it concerns regional campaign planning and execution (Memorial Day, Fourth of July & Canada Day, Labor Day, US Open, Thanksgiving, etc.)
Campaign Execution & Coordination
• Serve as primary contact with international teams, including planning, creative briefing, and channel management on key regional, partner, and event-based campaigns.
• Collaborate with global brand, media, and influencer teams to amplify campaigns through relevant regional strategies.
• Partner with the global social team to manage regional influencer collaborations, including research, contracts, product pulls, and activity recaps.
• Support in developing and delivering campaigns across online marketing channels (social, paid search, brand media, email, push), track performance, and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate on/offsite promotions and partnerships, analyzing results and making recommendations.
Analysis & Optimization
• Monitor channel performance, identify opportunities, and drive improvements in collaboration with channel/product teams. This can include brainstorming new KPIs, developing new A/B tests etc.
• Use tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics to track sales, customer trends, NPS scores etc.; experience with Excel/Pivot Tables preferred.
• Share regional insights with global stakeholders and ensure strategies reflect U.S. customer sentiment.
• Maintain a database of potential content and partnership opportunities.
Reporting & Administration
• Lead weekly/monthly sales, competitor, industry, and NPS reporting
• Handle budget processes: vendor registration, POs, invoicing, payments, and month-end reconciliations, serving as main POC with Finance, Accounts Payable etc..
• Manage the cross-channel AM marketing calendar and circulate updates.
• Provide general marketing support: scheduling, meeting agendas, deck creation, minutes, and event coordination.
