Our mission is simple: to empower the next generation of athletes by fueling their passion, building confidence, and making sports even more fun. ✨ πŸ’Œ Role Description - (Hybrid Work 50% in office, 50% Remote) We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our fast-growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creative, and excited to execute the ins and outs of digital marketing. You’ll work closely with the team to execute campaigns, manage content, analyze performance, and help drive customer engagement and growth. Your role will include: β€’ Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and influencer/affiliate partnerships. β€’ Support the creation of campaign content including copy, graphics, and promotional assets. β€’ Schedule and publish content across marketing channels to ensure consistent brand messaging. β€’ Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations. β€’ Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities. β€’ Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth campaign execution. β€’ Maintain and update product listings, promotions, and content on e-commerce platforms. β€’ Help manage influencer and partner communications, product seeding, and tracking results. β€’ Provide general administrative support to the marketing team (calendar management, file organization, budget tracking, etc.).
