OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and leading marketing initiatives across multiple business areas, including book publishing, online community building, real estate, and legal services. Responsibilities
1. Brand & Strategy
Help create and maintain a unified brand narrative across all business areas.
Ensure visual and message consistency on all platforms.
1. Digital Marketing & Content
Manage social media accounts, blog, and newsletters.
Coordinate the creation and posting of content (graphics, videos, copy).
Implement marketing funnels and email campaigns.
Collaborate with the content team to create engaging marketing materials aligned with brand messaging.
1. Campaigns & Launches
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, print advertising, and e-commerce platforms.
Plan and execute the book launch in collaboration with the editor and publisher.
Coordinate promotions for courses, programs, and events.
Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign processes and improve efficiency.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
1. Market Research & Strategy Enhancement
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities to enhance marketing strategies.
Support advertising sales efforts by preparing presentations and reports for potential clients.
1. PR, Partnerships & Vendor Coordination
Arrange interviews, podcasts, and media features.
Support partnership development and sponsorship outreach.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
Maintain organized records of all marketing activities, budgets, and performance metrics.
1. Team & Workflow Management
Oversee tasks for designers, community managers, video editors, and VAs.
Maintain a clear marketing calendar and progress reports.
Skills
Proficiency in advertising sales techniques and performance marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills with experience in using analytics tools to measure campaign success.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms to enhance workflow efficiency.
