It is focused on zero-emission vehicle sales, service, and customer support for commercial use and application. We make zero-emission movement accessible, meaningful, and ready for real life - wherever you are in your journey - from commercial fleets to consumer EVs, motorcycles to long-haul trucks, and full-service support in between. About the Role Range is looking for a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support day-to-day marketing execution across multiple clients and projects. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role designed for someone who thrives on bringing strategy to life, from scheduling social posts to designing email campaigns and supporting brand storytelling. You’ll report directly to a Fractional CMO and play a key part in marketing execution, campaign support, and creative. This is an opportunity to work on the front-lines decarbonizing the number one emitter source globally, transportation! Key Responsibilities • Project Management: Track tasks, timelines, and asset handoffs. Help keep vendors and internal teams on schedule. • Vendor/OEM Promotion Coordination: Help manage and keep track of new and existing OEM partner marketing promotions, needs and coordination of website listings. • Incentive & Promotion Coordination: Manage and coordinate creation of and promotion of customer rebates and incentives. • Social Media Support: Working with our Agency Partners you will be our in house liaison to help ensure that all messaging and creative needs are considered, provided and executed. • Email Marketing: Working with Agency Partners, You will support email buildouts and QA in platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot. Help with formatting, asset coordination, and segmenting sends. • Events & Promotions: This person will be critical for helping execute and implement our promotional activations on site in Fife, WA and offsite. • Graphic Design: Create graphics for print flyers, social, email, blog headers, and paid ads using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite. • Content Coordination: Working off of Range’s Master Marketing Calendar, this role will assist with preparing, and deploying content across all channels including (but not limited to) social media, blog formatting, copyediting, image sourcing, and uploads to CMS (e.g., WordPress or Shopify). Who You Are • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, content assistant, or similar role. • You’re fluent in social media platforms including META, TikTok, Linkedin and in tune with content trends, and know your way around scheduling tools like Later or Buffer. • You have a good eye for design and experience working within brand guidelines. • You’re resourceful, proactive, and not afraid to ask clarifying questions. • You’re comfortable juggling multiple brands and timelines and know how to keep things moving. • Bonus: You’ve worked in the outdoor, lifestyle, or CPG space before, or have a personal interest in storytelling-forward brands. Tools You Might Use • Google Workspace, Slack, Hubspot, or Asana • Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator) • Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar • Shopify or WordPress (basic knowledge helpful but not required) • Later, Metricool, or other scheduling/reporting tools Considerations • Must be willing to work evening and weekends for events • Flexible hours, remote-first culture, and opportunity to grow into a larger role as the business expands Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year Technical or 4-year Bachelor’s degree preferred • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Customer service skills/experience required • Related industry knowledge preferred • Personal attributes: Customer Focus, Attention to Detail, Learning Orientation, Planning and Organization, Problem Solving, Teamwork Travel: • Expect at least 15% regional travel Physical Requirements: • Ability to occasionally lift 30 lbs • Use of hands, talking, hearing Pay:  $65,000 – $75,000 annual salary
