Overview
Thigh Society is seeking a sharp, highly organised Marketing Director with a bias for action and a background in high-growth, performance-led DTC brands. This is a hands-on, career-defining opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to build and lead the marketing engine of a business thatβs scaling quickly and boldly.
Youβll drive execution across all marketing channels, managing the end-to-end planning and rollout of campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of performance, brand, and operations, with direct input into the systems that power growth. Youβll also be an essential leader in our Shopify 2.0 replatforming β a pivotal transformation project for the business.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Own campaign planning and execution across email, SMS, Meta, Google, affiliates, influencer/creator campaigns, and TikTok
β’ Manage and continuously optimise the full marketing calendar, ensuring product drops, launches, and storytelling moments are performance-ready
β’ Brief and manage internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality assets and messaging on time
β’ Build processes and workflows that create clarity and accountability across the marketing ecosystem
β’ Drive SEO-aligned initiatives to support organic revenue growth, in collaboration with the wider team
β’ Track performance across campaigns, using performance data to refine and improve future executions
β’ Lead campaign reviews to extract insights and tighten future rollouts
β’ Play a key role in the planning and execution of our Shopify 2.0 replatforming, ensuring marketing strategy is reflected in site structure and content
β’ Support a test-and-learn culture by helping design and implement experiments across channels
What Weβre Looking For
β’ 5+ years experience in marketing for a DTC or performance-led ecommerce brand
β’ Demonstrated ability to own marketing calendars and manage campaign execution
β’ Deep channel fluency in Meta, Google, email/SMS, affiliates, influencer/creator marketing, and emerging channels like TikTok
β’ Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and how to integrate organic growth strategy across the funnel
β’ Highly organised and systems-minded, with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
β’ Strong commercial instincts and an understanding of how campaign planning impacts profitability
β’ Self-starter with a proactive mindset, comfortable working independently and managing up/down/across
β’ Motivated by results and capable of translating performance insights into tactical changes
β’ Excited by the opportunity to help replatform the business and contribute to something meaningful and lasting
Must Haves
β’ Experience working in a single-category, problem-solution DTC brand
β’ Familiarity with Shopify 2.0 or replatforming projects
