Location: Remote (Virginia-based is a plus)

The 3D Shop is a small but fast-moving product design business with a knack for going viral. We specialize in making clever, eye-catching products for ourselves and others. We also work with small and large businesses on product design and creating innovative products.
What Youβll Own
This role is more than just βposting to Instagram.β Weβre looking for someone who can plan, test, and execute a full marketing strategy across our ecommerce platforms and services. That includes social media, paid ads, influencers, and on-platform promotions.
Youβll report directly to the owner, and you'll have plenty of autonomy (and responsibility) to make an impact.
Your Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Strategy
β’ Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
β’ Plan and create short-form content (with support from the team or freelance videographers as needed)
β’ Post regularly and engage with community + comments
β’ Source and repurpose customer content (UGC, testimonials, etc.)
Influencer / Affiliate Program Management
β’ Build and maintain relationships with influencers, TikTok creators, and affiliate marketers
β’ Handle product seeding, referral codes, performance tracking, and creator onboarding
β’ Build systems that can scale
Ads & Platform Spend
β’ Run and optimize campaigns via Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and more
β’ Manage budgets across Faire, Etsy, Meta Shops, TikTok Shop, etc.
β’ Track KPIs and provide monthly reporting on ROI and growth
β’ Collaborate on landing pages, promotions, product bundles, email flows
β’ Help us improve conversion rates across Shopify, Etsy, and other storefronts
β’ Advise on pricing, positioning, and customer acquisition strategies
You Should Have
β’ Proven experience with paid media and organic growth
β’ Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or strong platform fluency and willingness to learn
β’ Strong instincts for what makes content sell (hooks, CTAs, storytelling)
β’ Experience managing influencers or affiliates (even better if youβve done TikTok Shop)
β’ Eye for aesthetics and basic proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Lightroom
β’ Bonus: Experience in a maker/DIY product business, or e-commerce brand with physical goods
β’ Bonus: Familiarity with platforms like Faire, Etsy Ads, TikTok Shop/Affiliate
