Role Overview
We’re seeking a multi-skilled, performance-driven Marketing Executive with a creative mindset and analytical approach. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys blending design with data, thrives in dynamic environments, and brings a full-stack marketing approach, from funnel strategy to ad creative, social content, and SEO.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Campaigns & Funnel Management
• Build, optimise, and manage marketing funnels and campaigns using HubSpot
• Launch and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and lead capture flows
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, opt-ins, email flows, and creative assets to improve ROAS and reduce CPC
1. Content Creation & Digital Design
• Write and design branded content across digital touchpoints: email, social, blog, and ad copy
• Create polished marketing visuals using Canva and Adobe Suite
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns
1. Social Media & Engagement
• Develop a content calendar and manage posting across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
• Respond to messages, foster engagement, and track social performance
• Repurpose campaign content into engaging social assets (reels, carousels, infographics, etc.)
1. Website & SEO Oversight
• Maintain and update the website (WordPress is a plus)
• Collaborate on UX improvements and page optimization
• Apply SEO best practices including structured URLs, meta data, and keyword optimisation
1. CRM, Email, and HubSpot Administration
• Manage all marketing workflows and campaigns within HubSpot
• Build automated nurturing sequences, newsletters, and campaign tracking dashboards
• Keep marketing data clean and usable for reporting and analysis
1. Data & Conversion Optimization
• Track user journeys and campaign performance using Google Analytics
• Monitor KPIs, identify conversion bottlenecks, and implement improvements
• Share insights and results with leadership and iterate quickly
1. PR, Competitor Monitoring & Events
• Keep tabs on competitor activity and feed market intelligence to the Sales Manager
• Build relationships with trade magazines and publishers
• Help coordinate trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions
What You'll Bring
• Experience in digital marketing, ideally in eCommerce or B2B
