Title: Marketing & Growth Executive Location: Poole, Dorset Type: Full-time, in-office Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (DOP) Eligibility: You must have the right to work in the UK About the Role Runderwear is on a mission to become the world’s leading performance underwear brand for runners – and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a proactive, analytical self-starter to join as a Marketing & Growth Executive, helping drive growth across digital channels, partnerships, and campaign execution. You’ll work closely with the CMO executing fast, high-quality campaigns that turn strategy into sales across key digital channels. From email and SEO to affiliate marketing and event support, you’ll be at the core of our marketing engine. We are looking for someone who thrives with responsibility, who can confidently take projects from idea to execution without being micro-managed. You will be required to move quickly, test and learn fast, measure results and deliver quality brand aligned work improving with each campaign. This role is a chance to join a rapidly scaling brand and grow into a senior role as we expand globally. What You'll Do • Execute and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across email, web, paid media, and social. • Write and edit marketing copy for product pages, email, landing pages, and promotional content. • Update the website with product launches, content, and optimisation changes. • Track and analyse performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and affiliate channels – feeding insights into campaign decisions. • Coordinate with external agencies (paid media, SEO, PR, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery and reporting. • Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate and ambassador programmes. • Collaborate with brand partners and event organisers for expos, activations, and content collaborations. • Brief creative assets and ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand identity. What You’ll Bring • 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role (DTC or eCommerce preferred). • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial, but not essential. If you have equivalent experience and a strong track record, we’d love to hear from you. • Strong analytical skills, comfortable using digital tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and Shopify. • Solid writing and communication skills, with an eye for brand voice and clarity. • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects, agencies, and deadlines. • A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn performance insights into action. • Experience working with influencers, affiliates, or brand ambassadors is a bonus. • A passion for sport, running, or performance wear is a plus.
