Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Head to lead our online marketing strategies, boost brand visibility, drive targeted traffic, and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate will combine strategic planning, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to enhance customer engagement and achieve revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Strategy & Planning β€’ Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. β€’ Create and maintain a well-structured marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and promotions. β€’ Identify opportunities for market differentiation, business expansion, and innovative campaigns using emerging trends and technologies. β€’ Digital Campaign Management β€’ Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, Google Ads, YouTube, email marketing, and influencer collaborations. β€’ Improve website and online auction traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates using analytics and performance insights. β€’ Oversee content creation, copywriting, and creative asset development to ensure consistency with the brand voice and identity. β€’ Social Media & Content Marketing β€’ Build and execute engaging social media strategies to grow followers, improve engagement rates, and enhance brand loyalty. β€’ Coordinate live-streaming activities for auctions, improving visual aesthetics and online customer experience. β€’ Collaborate with influencers and strategic partners to boost online visibility and lead generation. β€’ Brand Management β€’ Strengthen and maintain brand identity across all online touchpoints, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. β€’ Enhance the look, feel, and customer experience of online auction platforms to align with global best practices. β€’ Data-Driven Marketing & Reporting β€’ Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (traffic, leads, ROI, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and CRM analytics. β€’ Make data-driven recommendations to continuously optimize campaigns and marketing spend. β€’ Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and growth opportunities. β€’ Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration β€’ Lead, train, and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve set KPIs. β€’ Work closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals. β€’ Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and PRO for approvals, advertising, and promotional requirements. β€’ Compliance & Standards β€’ Ensure compliance with UAE marketing laws, advertising regulations, and platform policies to avoid penalties (e.g., shadow bans). β€’ Follow company SOPs, code of conduct, and maintain professional communication standards. β€’ Other Responsibilities β€’ Assist the Managing Director in strategic initiatives, reporting, and special projects. β€’ Review and suggest cost-reduction opportunities while ensuring quality marketing outcomes. β€’ Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in digital processes and customer satisfaction. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) β€’ Website traffic growth (%) and quality lead generation. β€’ Social media follower growth and engagement rate. β€’ ROI and cost-per-acquisition for campaigns. β€’ Increased participation and sales conversion in online auctions. β€’ Brand awareness and recognition metrics. Qualifications & Skills β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred). β€’ Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing within the UAE, preferably in automotive, e-commerce, or auction industries. β€’ Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email automation, and CRM tools. β€’ Experience with content creation, influencer collaborations, and video/live-stream marketing. β€’ Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills. β€’ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. β€’ Creative thinker, multi-tasker, and able to perform under pressure. β€’ Understanding of UAE marketing compliance and best practices. β€’ Automotive experience is a must.
