Role description
Global Sportswear and RTW brand seeks a Marketing Manager h traditions who combines a deep understanding of fashion, sports, and culture with the ability to execute innovative marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence and drive consumer engagement. This role will oversee marketing initiatives across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels, ensuring a consistent and elevated brand voice. The ideal candidate is both analytical and highly creative, with strong knowledge of social media trends, special events, and the fashion-meets-sport lifestyle space. 4 days onsite/ 1 WFH Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies that connect the brand's unique position at the intersection of fashion and sport. • Lead social media content planning and execution, ensuring elevated creative direction, storytelling, and audience growth. • Partner with design, e-commerce, and retail teams to deliver compelling campaigns across all brand touchpoints. • Conceptualize and manage special events, collaborations, and experiential activations to drive brand awareness and engagement. • Manage influencer and brand ambassador partnerships • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics; translate insights into actionable strategies. • Work closely with the creative team to develop campaigns, visuals, and messaging aligned with the brand ethos. • Stay ahead of industry trends in fashion, sports, digital marketing, and experiential events, identifying opportunities for innovation. • Support PR initiatives and product launches with creative storytelling and content strategies. • Manage marketing calendar, budgets, and timelines, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and at a high standard. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field. • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or sports brands. • Strong knowledge of digital and social media platforms with proven success driving engagement and growth. • Experience managing special events, partnerships, or activations. • Strong creative sensibility with the ability to direct visuals, copy, and content. • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. • A collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Passion for both fashion and sports culture, with a sharp eye for creative marketing.
