amie is a wine brand built on friendship -- a wine for friends. Founded in London in 2020, our wines are sourced from the South of France and are made to be shared.
amie is stocked in several stockists including Ocado, John Lewis, Selfridges, Whole Foods and Bayley & Sage, and is poured at hotels and restaurants ranging from Cubitt House Pubs to The Hoxton. We also export to several international markets β Sweden, the Netherlands, Japan and more.
We're looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Manager to join our ambitious team, in order to help us grow amie into one of the UKβs leading lifestyle wine brands.
The role
This is a full-time role based in London. Alongside our Co-Founder, youβll lead marketing and brand-building activity across digital, events, partnerships, and trade β helping bring amie to more people, more often. Youβll work closely with our co-founders, Commercial Director, creative team, and our sales and ops teams to shape the next phase of growth.
Key responsibilities
β’ Own and execute the amie marketing calendar β planning and delivering across product drops, seasonal moments, retail activations, events, and partnerships
β’ Plan, create, and optimise email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo β including audience segmentation strategies β in order to deliver personalised, high-performing content that drives customer retention, conversion, and brand loyalty
β’ Oversee and maintain Shopify, ensuring that all content and products are consistently up-to-date; oversee the Editorial launch on drinkamie.com
β’ Lead strategy and execution (but not management) of social content across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
β’ Work closely with the social media and content team, including content planning and creative briefing
β’ Support with trade marketing, including retailer launches, POS, and activations
β’ Plan and activate events, pop-ups and sampling opportunities
β’ Provide strategic direction for sampling and partnership opportunities (retail, offices, community & brand partners)
β’ Support online retail strategy (Ocado)
β’ Support the Sales team with retail decks and retail marketing collateral
β’ Identify and lead brand partnerships, press opportunities and collaborations
β’ Brief and manage creatives (designers, photographers, videographers) as needed
β’ Report on performance and share insights to help shape strategy
β’ Be an all-round brand guardian β making sure everything we do feels on-brand and intentional
What weβre looking for
β’ Not a freelancer! This is a full-time, London-based role
β’ A brand and team cheerleader, with a can-do, positive, enthusiastic attitude - ready to hop in, get going, and get things done
β’ 4-6+ years of marketing experience β ideally with a challenger FMCG brand
β’ A genuine love of brand-building and storytelling
β’ A strong understanding of content and social β particularly Instagram and TikTok
β’ Experience planning events and partnerships
β’ Highly organised and self-motivated β able to plan, execute and report independently
β’ Creative and curious β youβre full of ideas and up for trying new things
β’ A love for wine and also lifestyle brands - ideally youβre already a fan of amie
Nice to have (but not essential)
β’ Graphic design // content creation skills
β’ PR experience, with a strong network of contacts
