Disaronno Ingredients is a strategic division of Illva Saronno Holding, specializing in high-quality semi-finished products for gelato, pastries, baked goods, and complementary items for gelato shops. The company recently relocated its U.S. headquarters from Florida to Baltimore, Maryland, where its new warehouse facility is also based.
Position Overview:
Disaronno Ingredients, LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our U.S. team. This individual will play a key role in building and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital platforms, trade events, and brand communications. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and organizational prowess.
This role will report directly to the Global Marketing Director and will have a global reporting structure. The position is based in our new Miami office, which is scheduled to open in the next 2–3 months. Until then, the position will be remote/hybrid with flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Brand Presence
• Oversee the ongoing development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid media platforms.
• Analyze digital performance metrics and prepare monthly reporting with insights and recommendations.
Product & E-Commerce Management
• Manage product listings and brand presence across all e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate product launches, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies in alignment with global brand direction.
• Liaise with sales and supply chain teams to ensure marketing alignment with product availability and logistics.
Public Relations & Events
• Plan and manage PR initiatives in collaboration with agency partners or internal stakeholders.
• Organize trade shows, expos, customer-facing events, and other brand experiences from start to finish.
• Represent the brand at key industry events to foster visibility and build relationships.
Office & Administrative Marketing Support
• Assist with the setup and organization of the new Miami office in partnership with leadership and operations.
• Support internal brand activations and maintain updated marketing materials for presentations, product sheets, and branding toolkits.
• Coordinate marketing budget tracking, vendor relationships, and purchase orders.
Cross-functional & Global Collaboration
• Work closely with the Global Marketing Director and European counterparts to ensure regional strategies are consistent with global brand goals.
• Act as the U.S. marketing lead to local stakeholders including sales, distributors, and third-party agencies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role, preferably with international or CPG experience.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and social platforms.
• Experience managing e-commerce platforms and coordinating digital campaigns.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience planning events and managing PR initiatives is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with global teams across different time zones.
