About the role
You'll lead the development and delivery of marketing plans designed to exceed commercial KPIs. • Managing and optimising marketing activity across all customer touchpoints (email, ecommerce, catalogues, collateral, events, PR)
• Using data to identify new opportunities for acquisition, retention, and growth
• Collaborating with Ecommerce on CRO testing, automation tools, and trading innovations
• Working with Product & Innovation and Supply Chain on launches, stock management, and range development

• Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Organised, adaptable, and comfortable working at pace under pressure
• Positive, hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (including Excel) and familiar with tools such as Power BI
