Role description
Job Summary Lead in development of beverage brands (FS) strategy with content management, channel execution, trade marketing, product innovation, menu innovation, digital marketing, ecommerce and training. Roles & Responsibilities • Support sales growth, customer retention and profitability of the beverage portfolio (FS) by supporting strategic planning and execution of marketing programs. • Build the brand story, product range, marketing assets and online & offline campaigns. Develop & execute a world-class omnichannel brand positioning initiative to drive sales across the region & while, developing a strong brand franchise vis a vis Chains, Independents & competitors. • Identify and leverage market insights to fill portfolio gaps by adding new product platforms & differentiated product stories. • Develop in-depth customer/menu/trends and market knowledge to deliver plans for short and long-term strategies for demand generation • Provide sales force with leadership and marketing support, including sales tools, training, competitive intelligence and actionable reporting. • Execute marketing strategies, programs, and pricing strategies which will meet profit objectives for the FS solutions category. • Stay current on global/regional market trends and practices and understand impact on JCDC product line and business. • Lead cross functional teams, to deliver project results i.e.., events & customer sessions. Key Performance Indicators • Financial: Market share improvement and improvement in • Brand Health and Value • Brand Communication & Development • Market Share • Customer Orientation: Improve Understanding of Consumer Needs and Market and Customer / Consumer Trends • Improvement of internal processes & systems • Continuously leading and driving innovation & learning Work experience requirement • 8-12 years of professional experience in F&B industry • At least 3 years of B2B sales/marketing experience in a complex, multi-segment selling environment. • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet • Product Management Experience • Business-to-business sales/marketing experience • Ability to relate to influential people and complex organizational structures; strong interpersonal and relationship building skills • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal/external stakeholders • Demonstrated initiative and leadership skills; building execution strategy, planning, critical thinking, orchestrating cross-functionally, overseeing multiple project elements and proven track record of results • Effective oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, good attention to detail and use of sound judgment in a fast-paced environment are essential • Must have demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
