The Job – Marketing ManThe Job – Marketing Manager In this new role you will report into the Head of Marketing Southern Europe You will be responsible for the implementation/execution of the marketing communication programme in Athens and Prague focus cities, delivering best-in-class marketing campaigns which grow the easyJet brand and deliver max return on investment. What You Will Be Doing β€’ Collaborating with the media investment function on the coordination, planning, management and execution of integrated campaigns, including, ATL, Google PMAX and BTL communications and owned channels. (Demonstrate a strong digital understanding) β€’ Leading the campaign planning and creative development for all required paid media campaign assets (with a particular focus on Google PMAX products) aligned to our trading and business objectives for Athens and Prague focus cities β€’ Plan, create, deploy and measure content across owned and organic channels (including organic social, CRM, web and app) for Athens and Prague β€’ Coordination of agency resource (for Prague focus city). β€’ Monitoring country trading performance and identifying trading gaps and developing plans to address the gaps using marketing levers such as CRM, app, PPC, working alongside the media team β€’ Building relationships with tourist boards & airports and activating co-marketing campaigns β€’ Ensuring marketing campaigns are strategically and creatively integrated across all local communication channels (i.e. PR, digital, website, CRM, social media, airports branding etc.) β€’ Developing and managing the country marketing calendar across paid and owned channels β€’ Planning, writing (for Athens only) and executing targeted CRM campaigns which inspire customers to make repeat bookings, being able to track results to enhance growth β€’ Managing and writing (for Athens only) content on the accountable website homepages and landing pages, in particular for tourist board placements β€’ Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing activities β€’ Plan, create, deploy and measure content across owned and organic channels (including organic social, CRM, web and app) for Athens and Prague β€’ Coordination and briefing of external agency resource to deliver all paid and owned copywriting for your Czech content plan (for Prague focus city). What You Will Need To Do The Role β€’ You will need to be a Greek native speaker and English fluent speaker. Italian and/or Czech language skills would be beneficial but not mandatory β€’ You will need to be experienced at copywriting in Greek across paid digital, plus owned channels eg CRM β€’ Your marketing experience will ideally have been gained in a large, fast-paced, high traffic e-commerce business in a front line role (client or agency) and you will have worked on creative development, media planning, budget control as well as experience working alongside external agencies. β€’ You will be comfortable with data and analysing this to inform your plans, whilst also having a proactive and curious approach to adopting AI and using it to evolve digital marketing and creative production β€’ You will be on the cutting edge of ecommerce marketing trends and have superb digital skills and a great understanding of local media environment and campaign implementation with solid market and customer knowledge. β€’ Organisation and planning are essential along with an ability to work in a highly matrixed business. β€’ Finally you will need to be adaptable and resilient in fast-changing environment.
