About the Role
Client is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to drive end-to-end execution of direct-to-consumer and ecommerce marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in executive marketing, channel marketing, and ecommerce campaigns, along with hands-on experience in tools like Salesforce and Marketo (or Similar Platforms). This role requires a balance of strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate growth across Client's consumer-facing businesses.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute DTC marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Manage channel marketing campaigns across ecommerce platforms, ensuring brand alignment and performance optimization.
• Oversee campaign setup, segmentation, automation, and reporting.
• Partner with executive leadership to design and execute executive-level marketing programs, driving thought leadership and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with sales, creative, analytics, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution across all touchpoints.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (conversion rates, CAC, LTV, ROAS) to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI.
• Support go-to-market planning for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Own reporting dashboards and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in DTC, ecommerce, or channel marketing within consumer technology, retail, or digital-first companies.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketo (or Similar Platforms) for campaign execution, automation, and reporting.
• Proven track record in executive marketing programs and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Deep understanding of ecommerce marketing, including customer lifecycle management, funnel optimization, and promotional strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with global-scale consumer campaigns or technology/electronics brands.
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV) and ecommerce platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
