Hestra’s North American headquarters, based in Arvada, Colorado, oversees wholesale, eCommerce, and retail operations throughout the U.S. and Canada. Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will lead and execute integrated marketing efforts across Hestra’s wholesale, eCommerce, and retail store channels in North America. This role also plays a critical part in coordinating seasonal campaigns and brand strategy with Hestra’s global marketing team in Sweden.
In addition to digital and retail marketing, this position oversees field marketing, events, sponsorships, and serves as the main point of contact for Hestra’s athlete and ambassador team in North America. We’re looking for someone who is not only a skilled marketer but also passionate about the outdoors, winter sports, and the outdoor industry.
Key Responsibilities
Wholesale Marketing
• Develop and distribute seasonal B2B marketing assets (catalogs, POP, merchandising tools)
• Manage co-branded marketing efforts and retailer advertising programs
• Support key account marketing initiatives and brand presence at retail
eCommerce Marketing
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across email, affiliate, social media, and paid media platforms
• Collaborate with the eCommerce team on promotions, merchandising, and seasonal storytelling
• Analyze digital performance and optimize campaigns to drive conversions and engagement
Retail Store Marketing
• Own in-store marketing strategies and seasonal visual merchandising plans
• Develop retail activations and local marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic
• Ensure brand consistency and execution excellence at Hestra’s owned stores
Global Marketing Coordination
• Serve as the U.S. marketing lead in collaboration with Hestra’s global team in Sweden
• Adapt global campaign assets and messaging for North American relevance
• Share regional insights and performance metrics to help inform global strategy
Field Marketing, Events & Sponsorships
• Plan and manage Hestra’s presence at key events, consumer activations, and trade shows
• Oversee field marketing efforts including product demos, partner activations, and branded experiences
• Build and maintain sponsorship relationships within the outdoor and snowsports industries
Athlete & Ambassador Team Management
• Lead communication, engagement, and content collaboration with ambassadors and athletes
• Coordinate seasonal product distribution, campaign involvement, and social media content
• Track results and ensure alignment with brand messaging and marketing goals
Brand & Content Management
• Maintain the North American marketing calendar across all channels and touchpoints
• Work with creative partners to produce content that reflects Hestra’s premium and authentic brand identity
• Ensure all campaigns and materials align with global brand guidelines and storytelling

• Event and sponsorship marketing experience required
• Proficiency with digital tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Avantlink, and project management platforms
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Prior experience working with global teams a plus
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary Range: $95,000 – $120,000 annually (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
