Weβre looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and drive creative campaigns, paid performance, and customer engagement across multiple channels. Please note this role is open to West coast time zone only
The Role
As Marketing Manager, youβll be the engine behind our growth responsible for leading campaigns, launches and shaping brand strategy, and optimising performance. Youβll work closely with our founders and creative team to bring bold ideas to life, while ensuring our campaigns deliver measurable results.
What Youβll Do
β’ Own the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns across Social Media, Website, Email, and SMS.
β’ Product Launches: Build go-to-market strategies for new product lines and shades, creating launch calendars, assets, and campaigns that create buzz and anticipation.
β’ Community & Engagement: Grow and nurture our global community across Facebook groups, Instagram, TikTok, and beyond-driving meaningful interactions and loyalty.
β’ Lead content planning in collaboration with designers, creators, and influencers.
β’ Calendar & Project Management: Own the marketing calendar to ensure consistent execution of seasonal campaigns, promotions, and launches.
β’ Develop customer insights and use data to inform creative direction.
β’ Reporting & Optimisation: Track performance across channels, present insights, and suggest improvements to continuously raise the bar.
β’ Organic Growth: Implement SEO best practices to build visibility and attract new customers through search
β’ People Management: Oversee and grow a team of marketers and creatives, providing guidance and feedback to help them succeed.
About You
β’ 3+ years in marketing in the e-commerce space
β’ Strong understanding of paid social and performance marketing.
β’ Creative mindset with proven ability to generate engaging campaigns.
β’ Confident working with data and turning insights into action.
β’ Organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace in a scaling company.
β’ Uses analytics and performance data to guide strategy and measure success.
β’ Bonus points if youβve managed influencer campaigns or community-driven marketing.
