Responsibilities and Duties:
β’ As the UK Marketing Manager, develop and implement growth plans based on the company's strategic objectives.
β’ Oversee promotional plans to meet operational needs, aligning with the company's business model to achieve marketing goals and conversion targets.
β’ Analyze user profiles, manage user acquisition, oversee customer experience, and develop customer management systems.
β’ Establish management protocols, monitor team performance against targets, and adjust operational strategies as needed.
β’ Lead in planning, strategy, and execution of Pop-Up and/or new store openings to drive traffic, revenue growth, brand awareness, and increase loyalty.
Requirements:
β’ 3-5 years experience in Marketing in fashion/retail
β’ Must be able to speak and write in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
β’ Extensive local network in UK and commitment to long-term regional development. Experience in cross border e-commerce operations is a plus.
β’ Excellent English language skills and familiarity with UK market trends and culture.
β’ Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated learner, team player with innovative thinking and a proactive approach to tasks.
β’ Outstanding business analysis, comprehension, and logical thinking skills. Mature experience in merchant marketing systems and methodologies.
β’ Experience in launching new projects (0 to 1) and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
β’ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in marketing and performance management.
