About The Role
This position requires the individual to have a permanent remote office based within a 4-hour drive or 2-hour flight to the Oxford Atlanta HQ, and the ability to travel as needed (approx. 10%).
Marketing Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing Oxford Marketing Group initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and aligned with department, brand and organizational goals.
β’ Manages project planning and strategy, collaborate with marketing and brand teams to support and develop strategic marketing plans, provide scope output, set timelines, align budgets and mapping out tasks to implement campaigns effectively.
β’ Resource Management, allocate and co-ordinate with OXMG leaders to efficiently resource, monitor and ensure execution on time and on budget.
β’ Maintain regular communication with cross functional teams, providing updates, aligning expectations and resolving issues promptly
β’ Timeline management, create and manage calendars, project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely outputs and co-ordination with Brands
β’ Develop and maintain department documentation and reporting outputs. Manage meetings, agenda and hindsight follow-ups.
β’ Act as a key support for our marketing technology (MarTech) stack, assisting with the day-to-day management, configuration, and optimization of various marketing applications (e.g., email marketing platforms, CRM tools, analytics software, loyalty programs).
β’ Own relationship with MarTech partner coordinating implementations, updates and services between OXMG, Oxford enterprise teams such as IT and legal, Brands, LSI and Development PM / partner
β’ Assist in the evaluation and integration of new marketing tools and technologies as needed.
