Our products are athletic-inspired, ultra-comfortable, and made to perform—we often hear, “If Nike made scrubs, this would be it.” We're seeking a seasoned DTC marketing leader to help us define the next steps, scale our brand, and provide valuable insights into effective marketing strategies.
Who We're Looking For:
We’re seeking a strategic marketing advisor or fractional leader who has previously worked at a brand like FIGS, Bonobos, Mack Weldon, or similar DTC apparel companies. You’ve helped build or scale a lifestyle brand from the inside and know how to develop a roadmap that aligns product, brand, and performance. This is not a full-time role—it's an opportunity to lend your expertise as a consultant, advisor, or fractional CMO-type partner.
What You’ll Help With:
• Evaluate our current brand positioning and marketing strategy
• Define next steps: paid channels, customer retention, partnerships, or exit prep
• Identify the best structure for scaling with limited resources
• Advise on optimizing our niche and untapped growth opportunities
Qualifications:
• Previous experience working at or consulting for a fast-growing DTC apparel brand (ideally FIGS, Jaanuu, Bonobos, Mack Weldon, or similar)
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, brand storytelling, and e-commerce strategy
• Comfortable advising founder-led, lean businesses with high potential
• Strategic thinker with a practical, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
