O Positiv Health is a Los Angeles-based womenβs health company focused on supporting women through every stage of life with innovative, science-backed products. The Marketing Strategy Manager will ideate, scope, and execute marketing strategies to grow customer lifetime value, focusing on emerging marketing channels to drive demand, retention, and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing marketing initiatives end-to-end, collaborating cross-functionally, presenting projects to leadership, managing vendor relationships, and analyzing marketing campaign performance. The role requires a hyper-analytical, data-obsessed self-starter with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. The position reports to the Head of Retention and works closely with acquisition, retention, digital, product, data, and creative teams. Qualifications include a Bachelorβs Degree, 2+ years in an analytical and strategic role, proficiency in Excel, and understanding of wellness or CPG brands. Preferred experience includes management consulting, e-commerce, consumer retail, digital marketing, startup experience, and passion for womenβs health. The role is full-time, based in Santa Monica with in-person work Monday-Thursday and remote on Friday.
